Ceramic Primer is a uniquely versatile solvent base 1:1 epoxy coating system that balances working and cure time.

It is an epoxy primer using epoxy resin and modified polyamide resin. It is a functional primer product designed to provide excellent adhesion even to difficult-to-adhere substrates such as areas where adhesion is leveled concrete floor, poor or tiled surfaces, ceramic substrates, when using existing epoxy primers.

APPLIED MATERIALS

Room temperature curing type mainly composed of epoxy resin and amine curing agent.

It penetrates deeply into concrete and mortar materials to increase the surface strength of concrete and improve adhesion to the top layer.

Good adhesion to the substrate and free choice of subsequent materials.

APPLICATION

After the base treatment is finished, mix the primer sufficiently with the main material and the hardener according to the mixing ratio (weight ratio 2:1), and then apply it once so that it is sufficiently absorbed into the substrate using a roller, air spray or brush.

For highly absorbent materials, apply a primer several times to prevent loss of penetration of the epoxy resin.

During the first application, additional primer should be applied to areas where the absorption of the bottom surface is severe (where the initial color of the base is reduced).
